I don’t believe that my attitude should depend on how others treat me.

I believe that I am very much in control of my spirit and my heart.

Life is no Mara-Clara, people would not be physical with you unless they want a lawsuit. They could bully you with your words though and sometimes it would be difficult to stay silent.

But when I was in this situation, I stayed silent. Not because I thought I was a better person, not because I didn’t think they deserve my attention, not because I was too kind.

I did mainly because I decided for myself that I am in control of my spirit and my heart, not anyone else.
